EUSOL, 15 & 16 November 2010, Natal, Brasil
It is a great pleasure for us to invite you to the joint meeting of the EU-SOL Project and the Lat-SOL research network. These entities are international and integrative research consortia of partner laboratories from Europe and Latin America working in Solanaceae research. The meeting will be held on November 15th -16th 2010 in Natal-Brazil, the City of the Sun, capital city of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, one of the Brazilian cities nearest Europe and North America and an important tourist destination in Brazil. The meeting will be held in the Praiamar Natal Hotel and Convention Center, Rua Francisco Gurgel, 33, Ponta Negra, Natal, Rio Grande do Norte.
We expect that the most prominent researchers in Solanaceae from Europe and Latin America will attend this meeting. At the same time, researchers from European companies dedicated to R&D with Solanaceae plant species will also participate in this event. We envisage that it will be an excellent opportunity for local companies to know about the latest advances in this research field and also to facilitate interactions between companies from both side of the Ocean.
At the meeting, a dedicated meet-and-greet will be organized where in a relaxed atmosphere company representatives will have the opportunity to present their company profiles and to get into contact with their European and South American colleagues, both from industry as from academia. Ultimately we believe that this opportunity will lead to collaborative projects between companies and research centers.
We do hope you will be able to assist to this meeting; the experience of your company will add an important dimension to what is potentially a very important discussion for the field.

IMPORTANT: For EU-SOL members only, prior to the joint meeting with the LAT-SOL network, we will have our Annual Project Meeting also in the Hotel Praiamar which will start November 13th! For both the Annual Project Meeting as the joint EU-SOL / LAT-SOL meeting, please register through the EU-SOL Teamsite.
