Kazusa genetic map and markers
The new tomato genetic map of Kazusa has been made public, see http://www.kazusa.or.jp/tomato/.
Tomato genome release: Assembly version 1.5
The International Tomato Genome Consortium has released a new assembly, version 1.50. This version includes polishing with Solexa and SOLID sequences, and improved scaffolds based on BAC end linkage data. Please refer to the Data Agreement.
