Data and databases
An overview of data available and databases used in EUSOL. They are organized in categories, and a complete list is available in "All databases".
| EUSOL germplasm and phenotype database This site provides an interface to data of diverse germplasm and populations tested within this project. Additionally, a set of bioinformatics tools are offered to perform a diverse set of analysis methods aimed at identifying variation of the data stored in this database. It is integrated by web services with the Golm metabolite and transcript data. |
|
| tomDB tomato genome database The EU-SOL tomato genome database contains data from the iTAG tomato annotation group and the UK chromosome 4 effort. It contains a genome browser, download section for sequence and annotation datasets and links to curation tools like BOGAS. |
|
| SGN Gbrowse tomato genome database The SGN Gbrowse contains data from the iTAG annotation release 2.31. |
